Low-code Academy will process your personal data because you are using our services and/or because you have provided us with services.

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or service is not intended to collect data from website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or a legal guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over the age of 16. We therefore advice parents or guardians to be involved with the online activity of their children, to prevent the collection of personal data of children without parental consent. If you are under the impression that we have collected personal data from a minor, please contact us at info@lowcodeacademy.com, and we will delete the data.

The cookies allow the website to work the way it should, and to remember your preferred settings. We also use cookies to optimize our website. You can unsubscribe from the cookies by changing the settings of your internet browser so it will not save cookies. Additionally, it is possible to delete all information previously saved through the settings in your browser.
Viewing, editing or deleting data
You have the right to inspect, edit or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw any permission to process data or object to the processing of personal data by Low-code Academy. Furthermore, you have the right to data transfer. This means you can file a request with us to send any data of you that we have collected to you, or to another party named by you.
You can send a request to inspect, correct, delete or transfer your personal data to info@lowcodeacademy.com. Use the same address when you request a withdrawal of your consent, or object to the processing of your personal data.
To make sure that the request for inspection is done by you, you will need to send a copy of your identification along with the request. Please hide your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the line with numbers at the bottom of the passport), by making it black. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but always within four weeks.
